Living Room – The Living room is the centre piece of any house, during this project WLP excelled at creating a unique and timeless quality that shows our array of skills. The ceilings were dropped to provide sound proofing and improved insulation. Our carpentry team built a custom bar, rebuilt the fireplace using Welsh slate, fitted bespoke shutters and Crittall doors and layed a large format engineered oak hardwood flooring installation. The talented decoration team at WLP finished the chimney breast with a grey Venetian stucco plaster effect and painted the property to the highest level.

Bathroom Renovation – The main bathroom required a creative solution to overcome its small size and position below the communal stairs. WLP came up with the design to take part of the living room and build a walk in shower so there was space for a bath under the reduced height of the staircase. At WLP we take pride in delivering a high standard of finish as can be seen in the quality of this bathroom.
