“Collier International were instructed to dispose of a building on Old Brompton Road on behalf of a private investor. When undertaking the necessary due diligence the vendor urgently needed a contractor to clear out the restaurant and seal off both the water and gas mains. The vendor contacted a number of contractors one being WLP. WLP inspected, provided a quote, and were professional throughout the process. WLP subsequently won the contract, undertook the work, and enabled the vendor to dispose of their asset on time.”
